Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change and do our best to make rescheduling as easy as possible. Standard appointments may be rescheduled, including on the same day, at no additional charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service total, charged to the card on file. After two consecutive same-day rescheduling requests, prepayment may be required before scheduling the next appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling accommodations remain at the discretion of the service provider.

Groupon & Promotional Appointments

Groupon and promotional appointments are subject to the specific cancellation and redemption terms associated with the offer.

Groupon offers are valid for new clients only and are limited to one Groupon purchase per person. All services included in a Groupon package must be used by the same person and may not be shared or transferred.

Brazilian sugaring package sessions must be used consecutively on a regular maintenance schedule, with each remaining session booked within 4–6 weeks of the previous appointment. Packages are designed for consistent sugaring maintenance and may not be paused for extended periods between sessions.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a Groupon appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the single Groupon session or one session from a Groupon package.
