**Cancellation Policy for Sugared Touch**

At Sugared Touch, we understand that life can get hectic, and things come up (especially with kids, am I right?) We pride ourselves on the friendships we build with our clients. Unlike other salons, we don’t enforce a strict cancellation policy.

We happily allow rescheduling, even on the same day, at no charge! However, if you need to cancel all-together within 24 hours, a 50% charge will apply to the card on file for the total booked. Please note that two consecutive same-day rebookings will require your next service to be paid upfront and cancellation charges are ultimatley at the discretion of service provider. We love our clients and strive to make your experience as hassle-free as possible!

**Groupon Policy for Sugared Touch**

While we understand the value of a good deal (who doesn't like to save money?), our Groupon special is meant for new clients only. As we document Groupon-usage, we kindly ask that our policy be respected, we do reserve the right to deny duplicate/numerous Groupon purchase(s). Our Cancellation Policy applies to Groupon bookings and a cancelation within 24 hours (without providing a date to reschedule) will result in forfeiture of Single Groupon or 1 service from the Groupon Package. We take our client's commitment to Sugared Touch to heart and appreciate the understanding.
